Research On Performance Appraisal Of The Second Line Of The Project Of Natural Gas Transmission From West To East China

With the development and process of society, there will be more opportunities for Chinese companies to get international projects, while the competitive pressure will be also increasingly fierce. In order to gain a foothold in international competition, companies must provide high quality products and services. For the purpose of promoting competitiveness, personnel competition of construction personnel, technology personnel and management personnel is the core as to pipeline construction companies. So companies must enhance the HR management, especially the performance management. Establishing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system plays an important role in Business management.In this context, by carrying on the research on performance management of the second line of natural gas transmission from West to East China combining with the company’s actual operations, this paper firstly states some related theories such as performance management, performance appraisal and project management that support our research. After this, we make a deep analysis on problems existing in performance management of the second line of natural gas transmission from West to East China. Then in the combination of those problems, this paper does research into a new method of performance management, while building a new performance evaluation system. Lastly, this paper puts forwards some performance management tactics.
