| Oil pipeline enterprises shoulder the important task of China’s oil and gas resources transport, its scientific and technological level and China’s oil and gas resources are closely related.Although the oil pipeline enterprises to increase their investment in science, but there are still inefficient and other issues,is not conducive to the long-term development of oil pipeline enterprises. Therefore, how to quantitatively evaluate the economic benefits of scientific and technological projects of China’s oil pipeline enterprises in order to realize the full exploration of the potential of scientific research and make the scientific research and scientific research performance significantly improved, and has gradually become a relative Important research topic. In this paper, the oil pipeline enterprise science and technology project as the research object, the oil pipeline science and technology project performance research.Firstly,it defines the concept of performance evaluation of scientific and technological projects in oil pipeline enterprises, analyzes the applicability of the three-stage DEA evaluation method to the performance evaluation of petroleum pipeline science and technology projects, and provides the theoretical basis for the following.Secondly,on the basis of the theory, the performance evaluation model of the scientific and technological project of the oil pipeline enterprise, which is based on the output, the input and the environmental variable, lay the foundation for the empirical analysis below. Then,on the basis of theory and model, the paper takes the science and technology project of an oil pipeline enterprise as an example to carry on the empirical application research. The results show that the third-stage DEA model has a strong feasibility and applicability to the performance evaluation of pipeline engineering projects in China’s oil enterprises, and can effectively realize the comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the pipeline enterprise’s pipeline science and technology projects,To accurately grasp the performance of its project to provide a strong basis for the relevant areas of performance evaluation to provide some reference and reference. |
