With China economic develop rapidly forward, domestic architectural design enterprisedevelop fast. Architectural design enterprise develop rapidly, design enterprises are facingopportunities,there is challenges at the same time,On the one hand, architectural designenterprises face competition from other domestic architectural design enterprises, on the otherhand, architectural design enterprises face is facing the pressure of the technology andmanagement advantages from well-known international architectural design enterprises. thegrowing increase competition of architectural design market in china, the future developmentof architectural design enterprise is a serious challenge. How to maintain and strengthen theircompetitiveness in the fierce market there are so many competitors is the primary goal of eacharchitectural design companies.Author analyzes the competitive advantage of the architectural design enterprise from theperspective of the value chain. Firstly, author review some theoretical studies about the valuechain and competitive advantage, traces the origin of the value chain and competitiveadvantage and other related theories. Secondly, through the enterprise value chain theory,author analyzes the value chain of design enterprise combined with the basic design processes,and to analyze internal and external connections of the architectural design companies. Then,Depend on the advantage of differentiation and cost advantages of the competition, the articleuse fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to look for the market where enterprisedominance in the field of design, and analyze where can be implemented the advantage ofdifferentiation and the methods of differentiated from the perspective of value chain analysis. Identify and explore differentiated approach of architectural design companies and how toobtain differentiated advantage and how to enhance the differentiated. Lastly, based on thecharacteristics of design enterprises. Through analyzing the cost structure of architecturaldesign companies, based on the mechanism of the formation of the cost of the architecturaldesign companies and differentiated advantage, the article analyze architectural designcompanies how to optimize enterprise resource allocation and the design process to obtain costadvantage, and the countermeasures and path to enhance the cost advantage.In this paper, author use the theory of value chain combining with competitive advantagetheory, and explore how to improve the design of competitive advantage from the point of thevalue chain, author strive to propose reasonable development proposals to enhance the overallcompetitiveness in Chinese design enterprises. In this paper, the author analyze architecturaldesign companies how to improve their competitive advantage by a more systematic analysisand research method, the results may help enhance the competitiveness of the architecturaldesign enterprises and have a guiding significance to maintain sustainable development of thearchitectural design enterprises.
