the theory systems of supply chain is a new kind of management theory, experts and researchers just have a little step in the way of research the inner mechanism of supply chain competition.So to research the change principle of supply chain competitive formation have great significance to the supply chain theory development and strategy practice. This thesis is chose the combination of supply chain cost management and enterprise competitive as research filed, it gain the competitive though control and manage supply chain cost. On the base of researched results the author created a supply chain cost management framework, in this framework the cost management prefer to create more customer value and satisfy it more than pure cost control ,enterprise have strong competitive only if create more customer value than others. The ability of create and satisfy customer value is the core competitive of enterprise.Chapter one is retreat the research documents and than define the research content and direction ;chapter two illustrate a supply chain cost management framework which on the basis of some research results ,especially the manufacture property cost and relationship property cost management .in this research program ,the author believe that the cost management should be the criterion of create and satisfy customer value regardless what kind of property cost management ,because the products will be worthless only when the customer accept it and pay for it ;chapter three is discuss the three kinds of property cost management in detail , the author bring social cost into supply chain cost management framework because there is a few papers discuss supply chain cost management contain the social cost ,only mention it when they research the signal one and most of it just concern the pollution to the environment; less research the unobvious payment of consumer which in the research what effect consumer consumption action in the marketing, the author believe that this condition should be concerned. Chapter four to six about alliance competence advantage , system innovation competence advantage and technology innovation competence advantage of supply chain cost management ,chapter seven to analysis the corporation's supply chain cost management system by a cost management model build in the dissertation .
