With the rapid development of economy, people’s requirement on the quality of life increases and the requirement on product packaging is also improving. BXL Company is a leading enterprise of wine packaging design industry and has a certain scale after more than ten years development. However, the company encounters the following bottleneck problems in its development:product quality problems frequently appearing, high staff turnover, low staffs enthusiasm on work and so on. Therefore, how to solve these problems and effectively improve the management level of the company and achieve the strategic objectives of the company need to be solved urgently.Human resource management is the key of the company’s management and it plays a decisive role in the operation of the company. In human resource management, the importance of employees’motivation is obvious to the managers of each company. Giving employees the sense of satisfaction and belonging and improving employees’work enthusiasm and loyalty to the company are the key to improve the level of company management.This paper firstly analyzes the problems and their reasons of staff incentive system of BXL Company by the means of exit interview, questionnaire survey and interview, etc. The statistical results show that BXL Company has problems in salary and welfare management, performance evaluation, work environment, employees’career development management and so on. Secondly, based on the current situation of employees’incentive system of BXL Company, as well as relevant incentive theory, this paper makes some improvements on the employees’incentive system of BXL Company from environmental incentive, material incentive and achievement incentive. The specific measures are as follows:1. In the aspect of environmental incentive, BXL company changes the work environment in both hardware and software, implements the honor incentive to improve the working conditions and improves the attendance system to increase employees’ satisfaction.2. In the aspect of material incentive, BXL company improves the salary and welfare system and performance evaluation system to improve the employees’salary and welfare level, management level and employees’satisfaction.3. In the aspect of achievement incentive, BXL company implements target incentive mechanism to improve the employees’ work enthusiasm and establishes employees’career path to improve employees’sense of achievement. Finally, in order to increase the feasibility of improvement program of employees’ incentive system of BXL company, the paper puts forward suggestions on how to implement employees’incentive system. At the same time, the paper elaborates the implementation process of improvement program of incentive system and points out that the company should pay attention to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of managers and management level, perfecting of the supporting system and the supervision of the implementation of incentive system.By taking means of all above measures, we hope our suggestions can improve the employees’ work enthusiasm and the human resource management level of BXL company, which lead to promotion of the all-round development of the company.
