Research On Employee Motivation Of YK Company

YK company is a logistics company in S City,a transportation product oil.After several years of operation in the company,the company has been working actively to reduce the enthusiasm of the company,the work efficiency is reduced,and the turnover rate is increasing.Through the survey found that the company's incentive mechanism for employees in the presence of deficiencies,the need to further improve the company's specific circumstances.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire.The questionnaire mainly includes five aspects: material incentive,promotion incentive,incentive,incentive,incentive,training and employee's human capital growth incentive.The results show that the staff of the YK company is the most important to the material incentive.According to the sort of situation,analyze the incentive of the management staff and the first line operator.And then,according to the salary incentive,performance appraisal incentive,promotion incentive mechanism to explore and improve.Finally,the formulation of the incentive mechanism for the implementation and promotion of the YK company.YK company through the implementation of the program,the initial problem is gradually improving.
