The Research Of Policy Optimization Of Property Services Industry In Gansu Province

As a new form of city management and the emerging service industry of market, nowadays Property Services Industry has grown into certain scale. And it plays a crucial role in local community construction and development, so as to show social, economic and environment benefits at same time. However there are also some problems and conflicts during Property Services Industry’s development for the reasons of late start, slow development and not regulated. And it is an important issue in the process of the modern community construction and urban development in dealing with the problem of how to regulate and improve the level of property management service.In this paper, Property Services Industry in Gansu province has been chosen as the research target in studying how to optimize the relevent policies in this industry, by using the methods of literature research, case studies and field survey. This dissertation starts from talking about the background and significance of the property Services Industry development, and then elaborating the related concepts and functions of the government, the government and the market relations, as well as the main theory of public policy, which set up the theoretical perspective of research paper. After the description of present situation of Property Service Industry in Gansu province, the author analyzed policy blanks of pricing mechanism, the policy implementation weakness, supervision problems and policy propaganda issues so as to find out the causes of front situations. Finally, according to the existing problems and the reality of Gansu province,combining with the good experiences from the other places and regions in Property Services Industry, optimization Suggestions in promoting the healthy development of the property industry in Gansu province has been proposed in this paper.
