Land is a natural resource, and it becomes a very important asset gradually withthe economic development. Land rights are very important to the country and people,and some news or polices about land has always become the hot issues.Since the1980s, the land market has experienced30years of rapid development,it driven by the economic and social development as well as a lot of people’slivelihood issues and social contradictions. In this paper, by a detailed analysis thecomposition of urban land market in China to find out how it runs. Full-text contentmainly includes three parts. The first part is the analysis of the composition of theurban land market in China. The demand, suppliers, managers, financial institutionsand other agents constitute the land market. The interaction between each otherformed a market mechanism. The second part is an analysis of China’s urban landmarket mechanism. Through the first part of the analytical to the market, the landmarket in China is running under the combined action of the “visible hand andinvisible hand”, and these hands are known as the market mechanisms and policymechanisms in the land market, the article in this section were carried out a detailedanalysis of these two mechanisms. The third part is the Game Analysis about marketmechanisms and policy mechanisms. The urban land market in China is run under thejoint action of the game between market mechanisms and policy mechanisms; it isworth noting that they carried the game through local government instead of directly.
