Shenzhen as the forefront of China’s reform and opening up, to be pioneers and pioneering spirit of the times, gathering a large number of business organizations. TSD Company discussed in this article is one example. Although Shenzhen TSD Company now belongs to the small electronics companies, but its international marketing-oriented business model, is a typical member of our export-oriented economy and is currently strengthening internal and external marketing product innovation, and strive in the fierce international market in place, and seek greater development.In this paper, the theory of international marketing is analysis of international marketing company in Shenzhen TSD macroeconomic environment, industry environment, internal environment, and a SWOT analysis. Paper examines the current state of international marketing development company in Shenzhen TSD and difficulties exist, TSD Company is focuses on the international marketing objectives, and STP strategy, marketing mix strategies, including market segmentation, target market, market positioning and product, price, channels, marketing strategies. In order to protect the TSD Company’s international marketing strategy to promote better implementation, TSD Company must also adjust the company organizational structure, human resources management to promote and strengthen the development of overseas markets, management, control and effective implementation of the strategy to achieve the TSD Company’s overall strategy of international marketing collaboration and development.Results of this study have reference value for the company’s international marketing TSD Shenzhen, Shenzhen City, small electronics enterprises to explore international markets has important reference.
