TRT Company Equipment Management System Improvement

The manufacturing industry occupies an important position in national economy, and auto manufacturing accounts for a pivotal position in the industrial manufacturing. Auto industry has just started in our country, the improvement of the mechanization level of auto manufacturing and the contradiction between the backward equipment management increasingly prominent. In this paper, through the study of a medium-sized auto parts manufacturing enterprise, the application of modern management theory of comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the company’s equipment management, puts forward the pertinence, practical strong improvement scheme, design the company’s equipment maintenance system and the corresponding organization process.At first, this paper review and summarize the domestic and foreign relevant equipment development process, present situation and trend of management theory through the method of literature induction, combining the characteristics of the auto parts manufacturing industry determines the suitable for related maintenance mode and theory in this paper. Application of statistical analysis, process analysis, system analysis and other research methods from the equipment management organization structure, function and process of TRT were studied in three aspects:the company’s equipment management status and the existing problems. This paper argues that the deep reason of two aspects led to the company the comprehensive efficiency of equipment management is low, the cost is high is mainly that the equipment management system is not sound, the process is imperfect, the lack of a comprehensive equipment management performance evaluation system and a lack of advanced equipment management idea.This paper follows the basic ideas of the root cause of the problem to take countermeasures and put forward the target of equipment management system to improve the program, designed the overall architecture of system improvement program.Research is mainly focused on four major improvement measures the design of the combination maintenance strategy as the core, the improvement of management process represented by equipment maintenance and spare parts procurement, promoting Kaizen activities aimed at total involvement and establishing reasonable spare parts stock strategy and so on.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of various improvement measures, this paper do the further research of protection measures to the various improvement measures. Establish a performance evaluation system to evaluate the efficacy of the equipment maintenance strategy of improvement,reorganize the equipment management organizational structure to fit in the equipment management process improvement, promote education and training to the overall in order to implement Kaizen activities of total involvement, establish technology foundation of informationization management means to management of spare parts in stock, equipment maintenance (CBM Condition Based Maintenance, PM Predictive Maintenance strategy), equipment condition information.This paper not only to improve the level of TRT company equipment management has an important role in promoting, but also can be used as reference to the same type of manufacturing enterprises and promoting significance. At the same time, this paper has the vital significance for perfecting TRT company ISO9000and TS16949quality management system. Many small and medium-sized enterprises at present, the domestic auto parts manufacturing, equipment management level is low, in the industry to promote the improvement of equipment management system to reduce our auto parts manufacturing enterprises operating costs is of great significance.
