In recent years, with the wide application and rapid development of information technology, automation technology Chinese coal industry has been rapid development, the coal industry gradually put information and integrated automation as an important field of. In response to the global informationization and promote the rapid development of national informatization, the State Council approved in principle "medium and long term development plan of energy (2004-2020)" proposed "dominated by coal, electric power assisted, all aspects of petroleum, natural gas and new energy development strategy", China has established the energy is still based on coal the cornerstone of the coal industry, the important position is self-evident. Therefore, the use of information technology to promote the gradual transformation of traditional industries, and promote sound and rapid development of coal industry is an established direction. Using information technology to improve the traditional industry development, has become an important problem in coal mine enterprises concerned, information technology has become an important means of development of coal enterprise, informatization construction is generally regarded as a kind of innovation.This paper is divided into6chapters:the first chapter briefly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the informationization of coal enterprise, illustrates the research method and structure of this paper; the second chapter briefly introduces the theory of enterprise informationization construction related, provides a useful method for the further study of theory, in-depth analysis, and application environment of coal enterprises the characteristics of information; the third chapter, combined with the present situation of the informatization level of S group after the establishment of the backward and the existing problems, the demand for construction enterprises to analyze the next step, establish preliminary goal; fourth chapter first elaborated the system scheme after the demonstration set, clear the research object and the research content, then the decision layer the solution layer, and the IT environment management layer, business layer discussed within the system; the application of a period of time the fifth chapter through the system after the completion of the construction, carries on the analysis from the different aspects of system construction plan implementation effect, explains the existing problems; the sixth chapter summarizes the whole dissertation.In this paper, based on information technology, combined with the group control theory, analysis of coal enterprise modification after the success, the requirement of information construction, to change the backward situation, simple puts forward the goal, mode, method, comprehensive analysis, to develop high-level, middle-level, grass-roots level and technical level implementation scheme is convenient and practical, solves the problems of enterprise brook no delay face after the reorganization, increase the strength of management, reduce the cost of management, put an end to the data is not timely, summary and analysis is difficult, and sometimes even can not understand the real situation of subordinate enterprises operating such problem, all levels of management personnel may at any time through the system to understand the ownership of the company operation status, quickly grasp the situation, from the technology upgrade the level of quality management.
