Study On The Measurement Of Informatization Level Of Metallurgical Mine Enterprises

At present,with the rapid development of China's information technology,it is of great significance to explore new ways of operation for metallurgical mining enterprises,to improve and enrich the intelligent mine system,to break through the bottleneck of development and to realize the great leap forward development.However,China's metallurgical mining enterprise informatization reform started late,the development is slow,the lack of systematic study of metallurgical mining enterprise information,can learn from the success of fewer cases.Therefore,metallurgical and mining enterprises with their own characteristics of information construction,how to measure the current informationization level,how the limited information resource allocation,finally effectively promote metallurgical mine enterprise informatization construction has become an important problem facing the enterprise decision-makers.This paper first introduces the background of the national informatization construction,metallurgical mine enterprise informationization theory as the breakthrough point,combined with the characteristics of metallurgical and mining enterprises,discusses the existing information construction problems in metallurgical mines.This paper expounds the connotation,purpose and significance of informatization measurement in metallurgical mines.In order to avoid most of the current informatization index is not well describe the input-output relations,information resources to avoid invalid input,innovative research into the effectiveness index of metallurgical mine enterprises informatization informatization evaluation system put forward national informatization evaluation center in the past,in the basic index based on the combination of strategic planning,suitability management application,suitability capital investment suitability,resource matching suitability,information acquisition sensitivity,safe operation sensitivity six efficiency index information measure,and the indicators of the content in the introduction and expounds the calculation method,the analytic hierarchy process in order to avoid the influence of subjective,index weights are determined by using entropy method,establishes the to measure the level of informatization of metallurgical mine enterprises.The efficiency index of metallurgical mine enterprises informatization gray,fuzzy features,multi-level gray comprehensive evaluation method to measure the performance indicators are divided into different types of grey evaluation,establish grey whitenization weight function belongs to the class of each index,the quantitative description belongs to a class of grey degree,according to the measure of the effectiveness index the evaluation matrix.At last,the results of three metallurgical mining enterprises are verified,and the results are consistent with the actual informatization level of three enterprises.In conclusion,the research work is accomplished in a variety of methods and theories,and builds up a index system with its own characteristics of metallurgical mine enterprises informatization measurement index system of a system: information measurement system of metallurgical mine enterprises.This paper can provide a good reference and help for enterprise information construction.
