Z Bank is undergoing great changes, and began to enter the competition in the market. This paper puts forward the strategy analysis and suggestions for the problems that in this process, how to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and how to develop the SMEs credit market. Blue Ocean thinking, Blue Ocean strategy is the guidance theory for strategy-construction, the small bank advantage hypothesis is the theoretical basis for market development. This paper comprehensively analyzes the present development situation of SMEs credit market of Z Bank, and looks for the Blue Ocean gene of strategy selection based on the analysis. First is the new value for customers of SMEs credit market. Second is the possibility of reconstructing the SMEs credit market boundary. It can show the Blue Ocean Road of Z Bank, with "value innovation" merging into "boundary reconstruction", combined with its own features. And the road takes the SMEs as the entry point, takes business innovation and technology innovation as the core, and takes brand services as the driving force. It can cover the SMEs credit and financial needs in Western Strait Economic Zone, which is a long-term growth path.
