The development of mobile Internet and the popularity of smart phones has greatly influenced people’s lives, the value of mobile applications as a new advertising media is becoming more and more attention. Mobile applications act as the link between advertisers and customers, provide a new communication channel between them. Mobile advertising is also an important source for application developers to profit. Although mobile advertising is still in the earlier phase of development currently, pay more attention to the development of mobile advertising, begin to study the mobile advertising marketing strategy will help to promote the development of mobile advertising industry.Based on the theories of4C marketing, Precision Marketing and Consumer Behavior Analysis, this thesis studied the current situation and the advantage of mobile advertising. By follow the precision marketing theory, combined with the advantage of the mobile media in wide spreading and interactive communication, support LBS, proposed to realize more accurate mobile advertising. The article also discussed several new type of mobile advertising and the customer privacy protection issue. There are also several cases analyzed in the article which following the proposals we discussed.The mobile media based precision marketing is heavily relied on the support of information technologies, so we can confidence that with the continuous improvement of big data technology, the effectiveness of mobile media based precision marketing can be optimized continuously.
