Enterprise culture which influences the basic thinking patterns and behaviors ofemployees of an enterprise in a quite way, plays an important role in enhancingemployees’s cohesion and loyalty, promoting the operating performance, and pushingforward organizational change and development of the enterprise. Due to the backwardmanagement patterns and lack of easy cultural environment and system, some problemshave appeared in the small to medium-sized private scientific and technologicalbusinesses, such as the brain drain, weak core competitiveness and insufficient strengthfor sustainable development.The fundamental solution to these problems is to construct an effective enterprisecultural system. Based on that aim, a small to medium-sized private s&t Company C insome city has been selected as the subject and a further study on the innovation strategyof its cultural system has been carried out by employing the following researchmethodology such as systematic analysis, investigation, historical analysis, combinationof qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and so on. In this dissertation, firstly,on the basis of analyzing the studies and their applications about enterprise culture madeby theorists and entrepreneurs home and abroad, such problems as the enterprise culture,the implications of the enterprise cultural system as well as the general idea toinnovating it have been systematically analyzed. Then, the historical development andpresent situation of Company C has been introduced, and the internal and externalfactors affecting the innovation of its cultural system have been dissected, and thus byusing interviewing, Denison organizational cultural model and a questionnaire, theexisting defects of its cultural system have been diagnoses and evaluated. Based on allthis, the innovation strategy has been put forward level by level, that is, from spiritualcultural system to institutional cultural system, behavioral cultural system and materialcultural system and detailed construction schemes for different levels have beenestablished. The schemes mentioned above would not be carried out without the relatedsafeguards, therefore, lastly, in this dissertation, some measures which guarantee thesmooth implementation of innovating enterprise cultural system have been put forward,and thus an integrated frame of innovating enterprise cultural system has been built. This frame not only offers a feasible idea for innovating the enterprise culture of thecompany C, but it also provides the other small to medium-sized private s&t privatebusinesses of the same kind with an important experience which is worth using forreference.
