With the advance and development of society, new generation employees have taking to the stage workplace gradually, it has injected fresh blood they joined in the workplace, but a new problem appeared, the phenomenon new generation employees leave their jobs occurs frequently, the leaders do not know how to do consequently. In recent years, the problem of the new generation employees leave their job has been widespread concern in the Academia and the business. The new generation of employees has a special experiences growing showing the particular values in their work, a lot of factors will affect their resignation, the paper is conducted research from leadership style, In the past, most scholars deem that transformational leadership has a positive impact on employees’ behavior, and recent some scholars hold that the study of transactional leadership is more consistent with the objective facts of chinese enterprises. Therefore, this article will put transactional leadership style as the core variables, and study its has effect on turnover intention, further explore the regulation of work valuesHowever, the study about new generation employees’ perception of transactional leadership is not thorough, accordingly, the paper is based on relevant literature achievements in domestic and foreign area, adopting the transactional leadership style, work values and turnover intention scale which suitable to china’s employees through the way of questionnaire, making correlation and regression analysis among transactional leadership style,turnover intention and work values and analysis of the regulation of work values by empirical research methodsThe results show that the part of demographic variables of new generation employees has a significant impact on transactional leadership, work values and turnover intention; the more aware of transactional leadership style, the lower the turnover intention; There was no significant correlation between turnover intention and work values. Although the work values associated with turnover intention of no significant correlation,the work values for each dimension (group sense of organization, work behavior assessment, individual requirements factors) and turnover intention was significantly correlated; work values is a good adjustment variables between transactional leadership style and employee’turnover intention. Therefore, this paper puts forward the corresponding management proposal according to the results of the research, at the same time, pointing out the future research direction on this issue. |
