As the mainstay of social development in the new era,the new generation of employees is a population group with diversified creative and inclusive characteristics.The same is true for JZ Bank.As an old commercial bank in China,JZ Bank has a relatively large organizational structure.With the development of time,the new generation of employees have gradually become an indispensable part of its organizational structure.They have created a wealth of achievements for JZ Bank since they stepped out of the Ivory Tower and entered their jobs.Effective growth and innovation also increase with the improvement of organizational performance.However,with the gradual growth of JZ Bank,the differences of generational characteristics are also reflected.Compared with the previous generations,the new generation group's work values,the requirements for the organizational environment,and its own multiple factors have led to the existing management mechanism of JZ Bank estrangement,resulting in the new generation of employees in their organizations gradually tired of it.Job until burnout,and then the intention to leave,or even leave the behavior,which will cause great trouble and loss to the JZ bank at the same time.It is difficult to observe the turnover behavior,and once the turnover behavior is made,the redemption space and the cost are higher.Therefore,from the perspective of the actual work of JZ Bank,the observation of turnover intention as a prerequisite for the turnover behavior can be used to examine the actual work status of the new generation of employees through the observation of turnover intention.In this regard,how to optimize the existing organizational system and mechanism by exploring the main factors affecting the turnover intention of the new generation of employees,so as to let the new generation of employees play a greater value for the organization,is particularly important for JZ Bank,but also the key issue it must face.At present,relevant scholars at home and abroad have relatively perfect research methods and research results on turnover intention.Based on the relevant research results and research viewpoints in this field,this study explores and analyzes the main factors affecting the turnover intention of the new generation employees of JZ Bank through empirical analysis.This factor has carried on the thorough analysis,and has proposed the corresponding management countermeasure.
