The Strategy To Improve Competitiveness Of Dalian’s High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry

High-end equipment manufacturing is an industry which produces high technological and value-added advanced equipments.It carrys many kinds of new technology,industrial technology and information technology.It provides a lot of advanced technology and equipment to China’s major industries,and has an immeasurable effect on the progress of science and technology and the development of our national economy.High-end equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic emerging industry.With the guidance and support of the new and high technology,it plays an important role in the adjustment and upgrade China’s industrial structure,and helps our country to become the "manufacturing power".At present,Dalian is in a period of rapid economic growth,so the high-end equipment manufacturing industry is an indispensable part of economic development,which can improve the industrialization level and the comprehensive national strength of the city.Although the equipment manufacturing industry of Dalian has a full and large industrial scale,but the status that equipment manufacturing industry is big but not strong,which restrict the development of city’s economy.In this case,in order to improve low-tech of the equipment manufacturing industry, the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry should be used to improve the competitiveness of the city.Meanwhile,the faster pace of urbanization and the expanding the domestic market has brought unprecedented opportunities for Dalian’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry.Through the exposition on the industrial competitiveness and high-end equipment Manufacturing industry,the analysis of the development of foreign high-end equipment manufacturing industry,the development and the existing problems of domestic high-end equipment manufacturing industry, meanwhile, the analysis of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang,Shanghai and Shenzhen,which provides some enlightenment for high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian.In addition,through the analysis and description of development and existing problems of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian,evaluating competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian by using diamond model and SWOT analysis method.In the end,according to the analysis results above,putting forward some related strategies and countermeasures to improve competitiveness for high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian.
