Land Reclamation Theory And Design Proposal Of Dalian Cement Plant And Gravel Plant From Paoya Region

For the sake of rapid economic development, China has accelerated development paceafter the founding of the P.R.C. Industrialization promoted the rise of the factories&miningareas building, and national construction aggravated energy exploitation. Based on thesituation of low productivity and backward economy, the main task for the new China lay onaccelerating development, that’s why heavy industry become the mainly economic mode.However, short-term rapid development would inevitably lead to no-planning development,appearing the random construction of factories and mining. China achieved remarkableeconomic achievement after reform and opening. At the same time, with the development ofurbanization and adjustment of industrial structure, it’s the time to rethink about thedevelopment model, therefore population growth, urbanization speeding, resources shortageand environment began to attract people’s attention. Then we found that heavy industry wasno longer adapt to the development of new period，which reflected on the followingperspectives：factories and mining areas far from city were surrounded by city expansion;Conversely, urban construction led to production stop, resulting in a large number of factoriesand mining land idle, which further caused a waste of resources and environmental pollution.Based on the above analysis, this paper mainly focuses on how to deal with the abandonedfactory sites and mining areas by scientific and rational utilization.There are two transformation ptojects involved in this article,i.e.Dalian city bubbletransformation on land reclamation in theoretical research and qiange cement factory cliff fourstone field,because of broken rock quarryarea spread around2squaer kilometers of land,andnow is in the state of production,so the plant norphologicalinst ability and a greatervariability,the macro planning of gravel land reclam theory to study and explore, on the faceof existing venues and will question to carry on the analysis,proposed the macroscopicmethod, the small details still need in actual construction and renovation. According to thesite conditions design of mining area near Dalian polytechnic university the southwest cornerland for analog design,Reconstruction project of cement factory mainly based on decoration and renovation of old buildings,the specific design details will be reflected in the graduationdesign works.Design is a process of discovery,beauty from the thing itself,this paper study on planningof cement and gravel field land,to find the original beauty and value in use as the designprinciple,Everything has its inherent attribute and its function is to change with the timeschange and human needs different,cement plant in spite of stop production, but lost theoriginal in production function,and did not lose the building itself to use attributes, so wecement factory has100years of historical and cultural value is far higher than its use function,however the old factory has been razed to the ground,disappear forever in people’s eyes.Thedevelopment of science and technology can make the building mote high,different patterns,the ability to transform nature of human and things of creation ability has reached greatheights, apiece of open space in a few months time can be built in a tall building, lack of highcultural, spiritual, the architecture is only a carrier of human use function can meet thenormal,without the soul. The whole city was covered by more and more artificial materials,natural things become less and less, maybe one day we can’t even see the earth on its way.The design must respect the history, respect for nature, the old factory transformation asan example to discuss, to find out a set of effective methods and the theory of industrialtransformation. Factories and mines with planning and transformation is a kind of creativeculture, this culture starts late in Chinese, therefore has not been universal, however, with thepopularization of human culture and the aesthetic improvement, more and more people beginto pay attention to the transformation of old industrial buildings, and began to dig anddiscover the unique beauty these factories building, for the society people should be given topolicies tu encourage and support, develop and strengthen the relevant laws and regulations,sothat every inch of land utilization.Based on analysis of domestic and international successful cases both in theory and indesign thinking method, this article takes land reclamation of Dalian cement plant and gravelplant (hereinafter referred to as planning areas) from Paoya region for example, through theanalysis of geographical environment, climate conditions and existing problems of planningareas, seeking to find a relatively reasonable planning, which is a reclamation method ofsaving cost, functionally suitable for living, artistic form, creative and modern expressing andeffective resources utilization.
