Study On Evaluation Of County Land Reclamation Potential

For now, the situation of cultivated land protection in China is increasingly prominent. The State puts forward the corresponding to strictly adhere to the1.8billion acres of the red line, the status of cultivated land protection has been elevated to the national strategies in the security level. In addition, the State also puts forward some initiatives that the Socialist new countryside construction and the development of urban and rural areas as a whole. From an objective point of view, land reclamation status in the country is also rising all the time. So recently, the land reclamation activities required not only spread to increase grain, and also to meet the new requirements for land reclamation facing the opportunities and challenges. To build the high standard of basic farmland, construction land reclamation, development of land reclamation, urban and rural construction land increase or decrease linked content into the scope of land reclamation activities. Therefore land reclamation activities will be expanded continually, relating to scope, area and coverage will also continue to increase. The land reclamation planning implementation management will be put forward higher request. Meanwhile, the importance of land reclamation planning promotion will also bring more advantageous conditions to the land reclamation planning implementation management.Land reclamation potential analysis is one of the preliminary work of land reclamation planning. It can be said that the area land reclamation work as a whole and reasonable arrangement of regional land reclamation project is relying on the analysis and research on land reclamation potential. In this paper, it uses the recent high resolution remote sensing image and the survey data of land use change to analyze the present layout and structure of various types of land use. In combination on the basis of town investigation, the last round of projects have been implemented within the land planning period to the map, and discussed on current situation rationality of land-use structure. In understanding on the current situation and the basis of the issues, the emphasis potential analyses are agricultural land consolidation potential, high standard construction potential of basic farmland, rural construction land consolidation potential, appropriate tillage reserve land resources development potential, land rehabilitation potential and mining towns of industrial construction land reclamation potential. According to the land’s natural properties, the requirements of economic development and the factors such as the location, the index system is established. On the basis of quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis, the suitability of land reclamation should be judged. Finally the paper will give the six types of actual land reclamation potential summary results.
