With further continuing changes in national policies and anti-corruption work in the hotel industry continued to decline in the state of business data, the hotel industry has entered the winter in the past two years. Financing problems worse, have both been around other upscale hotel transformation project, the transfer phenomenon even liquidation. In order to better "winter", control employee turnover rate has become an important means of reducing costs. Data show that the hotel industry staff turnover rate is as high as 24.5 percent, ranked first. Taizhou XX hotel also need to face this problem, former employees will give the hotel and staff themselves have brought huge losses. For managers, if the employee's departure, the hotel had to face recruitment costs do this former employees pay, remuneration, the opportunity cost is even the risk of leakage of trade secrets. If it is important staff positions departure may have to interrupt the corresponding business if the management staff that, but the hotel is a great loss of human resources, but also may lead to a chain reaction, such as the loss of key customers, for existing staff psychological impact, reduced efficiency, may also make the world a front-line employee turnover rate for the high negative impression of the hotel so that this is in the winter, traditional hotel industry worse, control employee turnover has become an important means to control the cost of hotel operations one.Taking a sample of Taizhou XX hotel staff to seek factors affecting employee turnover tendencies, the Institute hopes to have conclusions control employee turnover management tool. This study first theoretical review and data analysis, concluded:demographic variables factors, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is most common in the past research, the most direct impact employee turnover intention of factors, pursuant to which the research hypotheses: Turnover Taizhou XX hotel staff there are significant differences in the dimensions of demographic factors, turnover intention Taizhou XX hotel employees and job satisfaction and organizational commitment there was a significant correlation.In this study, a questionnaire survey of Taizhou XX hotel staff will be investigated and the results after finishing using SPSS software to analyze the differences were analyzed using independent sample T-test and ANOVA method was significant, using Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and the use of regression analysis study variable degree of influence on turnover intention. Results based on data analysis to test the hypothesis the following conclusions:XX Hotel Taizhou Turnover significant differences in gender dimension, Taizhou XX hotel employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment and turnover intention of certain factors significantly correlated, and be able to good predictor of employee turnover intention.
