Study On The Building Enterprise Culture And Its Promotion Measures

The construction industry is considered as the pillar industry. In recent years it hasbeen the channel which develops rapidly. During the "eleven-five" period, the addedeven value of the construction reaches up to20.6%annually. The added value of theconstruction account for about6%of GDP in succession. In the next few years it is stillfacing a very good opportunity for development according to "twelve-five" planning ofthe construction industry. Meanwhile, the competition in construction markets are moreintense. The enterprise culture is the core competence of it if a construction enterprisewants to highlight its own competitive advantage in the fierce competitive environment.Without good corporate culture, an enterprise can also be brilliant in a moment, but itmust be based on a kind of cultural philosophy in order to develop it continuously. Asfor the enterprise of construction, it must establish its culture which accommodatesitself to the characteristics according to its own characteristics.This paper, to begin with, uses the method of comparative analysis to analyzesimilarities and differences between the general enterprise culture and enterprise cultureof construction from the source of enterprise culture. And it analyzes problems thatexist in the enterprise culture of Chinese construction with the characteristics ofconstruction enterprises. Then, it expounds the content and function of constructionenterprise culture, and the culture which brings forth the ways and effects to the core ofthe building trade. Finally, the thesis follows its enterprise culture principle: such as"people-oriented, outstanding performance, emphasizing innovation"; analyzes the keypoints of construction enterprise culture from four aspects which are the institutionalculture, behavior culture and spirit culture; and puts forward the construction train ofthought in its culture.
