This thesis takes the methods of combinations which are combing theory research & practical application and combining literature reading & investigation. And it puts SHAANXI MOBILE COMPANY as a research object. SHAANXI MOBILE COMPANY is a state-owned enterprise which has a history of more than ten years. Since 1999, the company has set about in constructing its enterprise culture and has made great triumphs in the aspects of economic profit and internal management. Based on abundant investigation, this thesis uses the method of group interview to collect a number of information about the current enterprise culture of the company. Bringing in the advanced theory of enterprise culture, it comprehensively analyzes the gain and loss in the enterprise culture building process and finds out the main problems which exist but unknown to the managers. Lastly, it gives some idiographic schemes in improving the company's enterprise culture. This thesis invites enterprise culture theories to the enterprise reform, which is in the whole logic process of "pointing out problems, analyzing problems and resolving problems".Through analysis, the author argues that the main problems in constructing enterprise culture in this company include incomprehensive innovation consciousness, nepotism existing, unharmonious inner relationships and weak publicity, conservative stimulating system, needing further amendment of the organization structure and property right system, shortsighted product stratagem and weak brand consciousness. In order to deal with these problems, the author gives out specific methods in five aspects which include building up all-round innovation, advocating group spirit, innovating stimulation system, further reforming organization structure and property right system and shaping enterprise visualization.
