This thesis intends to explore the connotation of business culture theory and the achievement in scientific research at home and abroad, and analysis the business culture construction in Hisense in particular. Recently, Chinese household electrical appliance manufacturing enterprises encounter unprecedented resistance in international market, such as: USA anti-dumping, two EU"Green Barriers", and collection of high patent fees in USA. Only one company is out of the ordinary, that is, Hisense. In recent years, the eminence of flat-panel TV makes Hisense leap into"the first brand"ranks from"the third CRT Corps". The success of its chip drives Hisense to the forefront in this field. The flat-panel TV outshines and lives in industry first place either in market share or profitability. How could Hisense fly in the teeth of the wind? It is evident that all these achivemets are inseparable from Hisense business culture.This article illustrates the significance of Corporate Culture Construction to a corporation at the first place. Corporate Culture Construction is the soul of a corporation and the main internal driving force of its development. It plays the master's role in the Corporate Management Systems.The second chapter discusses generally on Corporate Culture Theory and the status quo of how the investigation of Corporate Culture goes. As building corporate faith and values serve as the core issue, the employee-endorsement-based Corporate Culture Construction, centering on individual management, is a brand-new management theory aiming at enhancing corporate competitiveness by building corporate image.It continues to expounding in Chapter 3 the importance of Corporate Culture to the development of an enterprise and how Hisense culture stimulates its improvements by analyzing the internal and external environment, resources, organizing strategies and challenges of Hisense Group Ltd. Over the past 30 years since it was founded, Hisense has not only contributed a large quantity of high-quality products to the society, but also accumulated an invisible but precious spiritual fortune. With the improvements of the enterprise, the Corporate Culture Construction of Hisense always goes with the time and remains synchronous to its development so that it eventually forms its own corporate culture system with"creating perfection, serving society"as the core value. The fourth chapter further illustrates the values, operating ideas, strategic goals of Hisense and the outlook of its Corporate Culture's development. Although Hisense's own Corporate Culture has made tremendous contributions to the company's development and operation over the past decades, yet it must constantly upgrade itself in order to efficiently adapt itself to the internationalized developing strategy.In the fifth chapter, this article introduces the unique charm and the core competitiveness of Hisense Culture. Through its significant and subtle, broad and profound Corporate Culture, Hisense successfully transfers its precise and exquisite information in light of product design, quality, marketing, service, management, etc. in a comprehensive way, which helps Hisense attract and win its customers unobtrusively and unconsciously, thus forming its unique competitiveness. The last chapter of this article mainly discusses about the inspiration other domestic corporations can get from Hisense in terms of Corporate Culture, that is to absorb the essence of Chinese traditional culture, be truly"Human-oriented"; reinforce ethnic awareness, set up a real team-work spirit, combine its goal and the general goal of building a harmonious society so as to construct a harmonious Corporate Culture vigorously, encourage the full display of individual identity and potential and the last but not the least, endeavor to build a innovative Corporate Culture.The research of Hisense business culture indicates the culture innovation is more important than the technology innovation. In order to develop healthly in a long-term, enterprises should have a sense of independent innovation and unique corporate culture. The result of enterprise innovation depends not only on the accumulation of technology and talents, but also the accumulation of business culture. Only in creative business culture atmosphere, every organizations, employees, and decisions can be reflected in the work of the enterprises. Therefore, the enterprises is able to base itself on sure ground in the fierce competition in the domestic and international markets.It is hoped that it can shed some light on the understanding of Hisense business culture and drawing lessons from Hisense for domestic enterprises.
