Make the low carbon real estateprojects in whole life cycle of the project can proceed smoothly: ensure currentstandard in project developing stage, mature lower-carbon technology in projectbuilding, encourage policy in project running stage.This paper studies the current situation of existing low carbon real estatedevelopment, the application and design of lower-carbon real estate, and to findproblem exists in lower-carbon developing and running mode under “low-carbon”relevant theories: lack of corresponding government policies and technical standardsimperfect lack of effective management; for real estate development enterprises,low-carbon real estate development is high cost, lack of financial and creditsupport,make the developers lack of the power that develop low-carbon real estate;consumers lack awareness of low-carbon. To solve the above problem, studyinghow to develop lower-carbon real estate from the perspective of whole life cycle ofreal estate, construct lower-carbon real estate development operation mode to accordwith our country national condition. From whole life cycle of real estate point ofview, the mode was used to promote lower-carbon technology, materials researchand development, and we support to lower-carbon enterprise in finance,and toperfect system, technology standard, to create a good environment to developedlower-carbon real estate, achieve the goal of low carbon and energy saving.Now under the situation of shortage-energy, pollute-environment on, allcountries in the world try effort to seek the mode of harmony, nature, environment, our country cannot lag far behind backward other countries, and we will to learningexperience from developed countries to create a lower-carbon real estate developingway in our country.
