Bank performance appraisal is the bank according to the completion of goal andincentive system, to the jurisdiction of institutions and staff performance appraisaland cost of cash. Shares after the listing of CCB, through constant exploration andpractice, gradually formed a complete set of economic increase in value as the coreof the more perfect performance appraisal system. In order to know the situation ofthe grass-roots organization performance evaluation management, and furtherimprove CCB Performance Evaluation system.This research mainly in CCB under the jurisdiction of two level branch Jbehavior the example to explore the design of bank performance evaluation system,through the implementation effect of the J branch of CCB performance appraisalanalysis, carry out examination and appraisal and longitudinal comparison from theperformance evaluation index setting, assessment evaluation and the evaluationresults of the evaluation, feedback, analysis of related factors of evaluation index thechanges on performance management and performance management in practicelimited. The focus on performance evaluation to better stimulate the grass-roots staffenthusiasm, promote the business development of the theme of development, and putforward some management suggestions for the problems.
