We haveto change the traditional development mode. Neither can we sacrificing the ecologicalenvironment to achieve economic development, nor giving up economic development toprotect the ecological environment. This paper uses the Pareto pursuit to improve theeconomy and chooses big economic form of economic benefits——ecological economy inthe same condition of ecological environment. We have to change the mode of economy development on the basis of developing ecological economy.
