Oilifeld productivity construction project is important to improve the yield of oil ifeldproduction, annual production capacity of construction project investment accounted for30%in total cost of oilfield, oilifeld single well was allocated to investment basis, reduce the effectsof productivity construction project cost management for oilfield is of vital. Oilfieldproductivity construction project with large investment, geographical dispersion, thecharacteristics of diiffcult to control. The cost management system of productivityconstruction project based on the Internet of things in the oilifeld productivity constructionproject cost management, can provide a project cost forecasting, planning, control, accounting,analysis and assessment of comprehensive management platform to manage the entire processcost management of oilfield productivity construction project, to achieve real-time control, theconstruction of oilfield productivity project cost dynamic analysis and scientificdecision-making.Based on the practice of cost management in northern Shaanxi Huanjiang oilifeldproductivity construction project, a full analysis of the application of the Internet of thingsManagement in oilfield productivity construction project cost management, design and createthe project cost forecast subsystem, project cost plan subsystem, project cost control systemand cost management subsystem six projects, and implemented according to a field projectcost management needs, the main research contents in this paper include:1.review of the IOT project cost management concept, rfamework and main technologyin oilfield productivity construction project cost management based applications, andconnecting with the present situation of cost management of construction project of oil fieldproduction,summairzes the basic idea of system design: project cost forecasting, project plan,project cost control, project cost accounting method, project cost analysis and cost assessmentmethod.2-using SCADA design model, through the acquisition of oilifeld productivityconstruction project construction equipment,mateirals and personnel link information,combined with the key value storage technology, relational data column type storagetechnology for data storage memory technology, data, and through descirptive analysis, linear regression analysis, pirncipal component analysis and canonical correlation analysis dataanalysis method of sotfware design of mathematical analysis on data acquisition, dataprocessing to achieve diversification analysis results show.3.the program cost management based on the Internet of a oilifeld productivityconstruction project. Through the internal and external network VPN technology, real timecontrol of the pirce of production factors market and change of state, approximate reasoningby fiizzy logic and pirnciple, determine the reasonable weighting, the implementation processdata was used to modify the project to determine the project cost management, reasonableplanning, accounting and evaluation strategy, the cost management system of oilfieldproductivity construction project based on the Internet of things.Network cost management system of productivity construction project R&D oilifeldbased on matter, support the real-time data acquisition, processing and analysis of intelligencescience^the project cost management objective, effective, system application to improveoilifeld productivity construction project cost management to science.
