In the condition that science and technology highly developing,market competition increasingly fierce.The productivity construction of energy become petroleum a development direction,and then the issues of management of the project team under the direction have become the focus.Most of the capital construction investment in Changqing oilfield was done through project management,annually the investment for the oil and gas productivity construction is about 5 billion,establishing productivity construction of the team over 20,having been engaged in the project management of engineering and technical personnel and management personnel are few thousands. Meanwhile, in the process of project construction, each groups, each staff need to closely collaborate and high comprehensive quality. Therefore, to strengthen the productivity construction project team establishing research of the fifth gas production plan has the very realisitic significance for Changqing oilfield productivity construction and sustainable development.This paper will strat from the basic theory of the construction of the project team establishing, combined with the characteristics of oil and gas resources industry. Setting the fifth gas production plant in Changqing oilfield productivity construction project team building as a case, through the composition of the project team, team motivation and so on to summarize the exisiting problems and deficiencies in the ideological understanding, finally in optimizing the team structure and else several aspects to put forward conntermeasures for strengthening the gas production plant productivity construction project team establishing.
