Analysis On The Nature And Pattern Of Enterprise Knowledge Management

In the knowledge-based economy era, knowledge is gradually replacing the traditional production elements (capital, labor and land) to become the most important resource. Knowledge management will also be another new high ground for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage and seize the market share. Until now on, many scholars at home and abroad have studied the theory about the knowledge management from the perspective of economics and management. However, studying from the cross perspective of philosophy of science and technology and management was seldom. To accelerate the transition of our country to be an innovation-oriented one and improve the enterprises’competitiveness of our country, the writer introduces the subject about the nature and pattern of enterprise knowledge management.The studying path of this paper is as following:firstly, the paper studies the nature of enterprise knowledge and enterprise knowledge management; on this basis, dividing enterprise knowledge management into three basic patterns and comparing them; finally, indicating problems of enterprise knowledge management in China and give some countermeasures.By the analysis above, points of this paper contain:nature of enterprise knowledge is a practical knowledge system on the core of tacit knowledge; nature of enterprise knowledge management is a series of management practice activities around the management of tacit knowledge; according to different existence ways and roles of enterprise knowledge in enterprises, pattern of enterprise knowledge management will be divided into three:pattern of enterprise knowledge management on the core of explicit knowledge, pattern of enterprise knowledge management on the core of tacit knowledge, pattern of enterprise knowledge management on the core of conversion between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge; enterprises of China should choose the pattern of enterprise knowledge management under a correct understanding of the nature of enterprise knowledge management, exploring pattern of enterprise knowledge management actively which fit to the current times and specific national conditions of China, to achieve the goal of continuous improvement of comprehensive national strength and the leaping development of enterprises of our country.
