The Effect Evaluation Of Management System Certification On Enterprises Development

Management system certification is a scientific, widely applicable and popular international standard. As the prosperity and development of the world economic trade activities, more and more emphasis were put on the effects of management system standardization on business activities, products and service. Although the management system certification are getting more and more attentions by many enterprises at the strategic level, there are still many problems like being ignored at the tactical level, the unreasonable policies, inconspicuous effectiveness, failed effect evaluation and so on. Management system certification is the trend of management globalization, which is a key means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In this context, the paper studies the effect of management system certification on enterprise development based on the project of "Certification structural adjustment and the benefits of growth of Beijing certified organization", supported by Beijing Municipal Science&Education Commission. The management system certification, strategic management, business development and other related theories are quoted as the theoretical foundation in this paper. The AHP, fuzzy mathematical model and other related analysis are also used, and the enterprise in Beijing was researched as the special case in this paper. Which all of them can provide the scientific basis and reference value for enterprise implementing management system certification. According to the research subject, the conclusions can be drawn as the follows:(1) Build the assessment indicator system of effect evaluation of management system certification on enterprise development.3-first class indicators consisted of quality management system certification, occupational health&safe management system certification and environment management systemcertification;13-second class indicators and67-third class indicators had been put forward, including the suggestions for the impractical applications.(2) Q company had been researched as the special case according to the assessment indicator system mentioned in this paper. The AHP and fuzzy mathematical model analysis were used to determine the weight value. And an integrated effect evaluation of management system certification on enterprise development was put forward.(3) The best way to improve the effect of management system certification on enterprise development is that make it acts at a strategy level, combine it with the realities of enterprise, pay attention to verification feedback, and keep dynamic balance between them.
