With the high-speed development of the market economy, supply chainmanagement had been one of the most important links by which the enterpriseimproves its competitiveness. Now, supply chain management of product has beenenough mature, but the service spare parts act as the main part of after-market, itplays a more and more important role in the enterprise supply chain. Especially atpresent the product profit is not high, the product after-sales service has become thekey to increase benefits manufacturers. Network optimization is an important part ofsupply chain management, and it can make the total cost of the whole service spareparts supply chain network management to the minimum so that enterprise gains thehighest interest, by considering the inventory, logistics, construction cost and otherfactors comprehensively, and distruting service spare parts supply chain networkreasonably.The contents of this dissertation mainly include the following aspects.First of all, according to the characteristics of the service of spare parts supplychain, to establish a suitable service spare parts of secondary supplier evaluationindex system, system mainly from four aspects to evaluate suppliers, the technicallevel, management ability level, service level and operation environment level.Secondly, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of analytic hierarchyprocess and fuzzy hierarchy analysis, the advantages to be inherited and aimed atshortcomings of the two optimization, for the problem of analytic hierarchy processto compare between different level indicators as well as to determine the relativeweights between the same level indexes is difficult, therefore, this article adoptedbased on triangular fuzzy number fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determineindex weight, introducing nearness theory, create a model, given the process thatsupplier evaluation based on the improved algorithm.Finally, through the case analysis, comparison of AHP method and based on triangular fuzzy number close to the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method, the resultsshow that the improved fuzzy hierarchical analysis has better usability and morereasonable in the system, and the improved method not to get the accurate processingof triangular fuzzy number after sorting, reduced the turnover rate of information.
