Our country people much less,land resources are scarce,land resource optimal allocation and rational utilization of to safeguard China’s food production has a very important role.Flow as an important way of promoting the efficient allocation of land resources,the constant attention to policy in our country,however,at present our country is not perfect enough,the circulation of rural land market level is still relatively low,has affected the farmland resource optimizing configuration.Therefore,the study of farmland ciculation in deeping and continue.Rural labor transfer as an important way to adjust the labor and the different proportion of land,many scholars believe that is the most important reason to promote farmland circulation.Therefore,study the influence of rural labor transfer of farmland circulation,to lead the labor transfer and promote farmland circulation,thus optimizing the allocation of farmland resources,safeguard China’s food production has the vital significance.In this context,this article selects the Manas County,five villages and towns as the research ares,using the strctural equation model,focuses on the peasant household’s own characteristics of farmland circulation.Finally,on the basis of research results,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.In this paper,a total of six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,in the premise of this paper introduces the research background,put porward in this paper,the research questions,this paper expounds the research aim and research content,research method and technical route.The second chapter for the rural labor transfer period,the propotion of family labor transfer,non-agricultural gap compared with agricultural income,farmers in situ transfer,agricultural productivity and agricultural land rent to the six adpects.The three chapter is literature review,mainly from the relationship between rural labor transfer and agricultural land circulation and the other factors affecting farmland circulation two aspects are summarized.Chapter four profile as the study area is introduces and the data describing statistical analysis,this chapter describes the farmland changing markets.The fifth chapter for the influence of rural labor transfer characteristics of farmland circulation empirical research,this paper use the structural equation model to analyze farmers own characteristics,family characteristics and the influence of the economic characteristics of farmland circulation.The results of the study showed that the influence of the economic characteristics of farmland circulation,followed by their own characteristics,family characteristics minimal impact on farmland circulation;And migrant workers by education degree is the most significant characteristics of farmers own latent variable factor in the family characteristics of latent variables,non-farm income is the most significant factors in the economic characteristics.In previous chapter,the fifth chapter,on the basis of research results obtained in this paper,the conclusion,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,mainly includes:Improve the level of cultural quality of farmers;To speed up the urbanization construction,improve the employment environment;Increse of non-agricultural income farmers.On the basis of the first five chapters,chapter six concluded the research conclusion of this article,and expounds its research prospect.
