In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, the enterprise only conformism to destruction, so the enterprise urgently needs to make the innovation of the product or service, according to the changes in requirements of the market and customer, constant innovation is the enterprise must choose development paths. The enterprise in order to survival and sustainable development, it must find effective means to improve enterprise performance, and in the face of fierce market competition, the enterprise only to use its effective creativity, continuous improvement and create new products that can meet demand, to obtain larger competitive advantage and improve performance. Under the background of the complex market, both in theoretical research of scholars and enterprise practitioners have recognized the importance of creativity for the enterprise, carried out research step by step. In the enterprise management practice, however, due to tie organization know a little bit about creativity, most enterprises continuously emphasis on improve staff and team creativity, that exactly generates a lot of novel and useful ideas, but these valuable creative achievements are on the shelf, did not bring performance or brilliance for enterprise. With the increase of the importance of creativity, the study also increase gradually, but most based on the individual level, but the team creativity that is widely noted, is originated from improve the performance of the real need, but how the team creativity convert into organizational performance scholar does not give valuable opinions for reference.Therefore, the team creativity, organizational innovation and organizational performance, and among the influence path study, to a certain extent, help to resolve many of the puzzles in the enterprise performance practice.Base on this, the study on the basis on of concept definition and literature review, summarized the mechanism of action between the objects, put forward the study assumptions of relationship between variables, and organizational innovation as intermediary variable to study the team creativity to influence model of the organizational performance. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis, in this paper, based on the large sample empirical study, using a questionnaire approach to data collection, and with the aid of statistical analysis tools such as SPSS20.0factor analysis and regression analysis, to verify the research hypothesis and theoretical model. The main conclusions as follows:Team creativity play an important role to the promotion of organizational performance. That is to say, the higher level of creativity team, the rise of organization performance more obvious. Previous studies focus on the personal qualities, team atmosphere and the organization management system influence on the team creativity, and neglect the team creativity rests on corporate practice to explore their effects on organizational performance. Our research shows that creativity is one of the important factors to obtain high performance team, managers in the process of promote the performance of the organization should find their own "potential creativity", to create novel collection of useful ideas of collision, conform to new ideas that the enterprise reality needs, and enterprises, at the same time, should make full use of internal novel idea, on the basis of a certain risk to achieve organizational performance significantly increased.The higher level of team creativity, more can promote the increase of organizational innovation behavior. This means that team creativity on organizational innovation behavior effectively play a positive role. Therefore, in the process of organization innovation, enterprise should re-examine their potential or abandoned team creativity that on the shelf, effective application of creativity to improve the innovation ability of enterprises plays a key role, in order to achieve the success of the innovation process.Organizational innovation on organizational performance has played a key role, this has to do with Hult et al. the research conclusion is consistent. Technology innovation not only can better meet the needs of customers and market, to increase market share and competitive ability, but also can reduce the production cost of technology products, to improve organizational performance; the management innovation can construct appropriate innovation system and atmosphere to the organization, at the same time, integration of all aspects of organizational resources provide certain security and platform for technology innovation. Technology innovation and management innovation, go hand in hand, to enhance organizational innovation at the same time promote the performance of the organization.Organizational innovation in a team with full mediating role between creativity and organizational performance. In the existing literature, the reason that most scholars to team creativity as solid variables, not the organization based on performance, or a few scholars view the relationship between team creativity and organizational performance as empirical evidence, also can appear with conflicting or inconsistent results, mainly lies in these studies did not find the effective path that can convert the team creativity into organization performance. Based on the organizational innovation as intermediary variables, specific research the relationship between the organizational innovation in team creativity, and organizational performance plays an intermediary role. In this paper, the study results show that organizational innovation in team creativity, and played a completely intermediary role between organizational performance, it also proves opinion of the Levitt. Therefore, this research conclusion for managers in the process of promote the organization performance need to highly focus on organizational innovation in the middle of the bridge.
