Most of innovation comes from organizational creativity in modern society. More or less, People are creative and the creative behavior within an organization depends on limitations of the group as well as the individual. Personal creation depends on the motion, skills in creation and special fields. Team creation is the outcome of individual creative behavior, team creation and team implement; While team creation ability might be disturbed by the features and environment of the group. It is the most reliable way to learn group innovation through organizational innovation model which overcomes individual, group and organization. The inspired originality of its members becomes innovation motivation after the feedback of the organization. And it is enlarged by specific skills and corrected by special skill and becomes individual creation ability. The individual creation takes on practical behavior limited by the team, and after co-creating and co-operating, it becomes the team’s and after the influence exerted by social environment, it finally leads to the organizational innovation.Starting from the basic theory, this article puts forward some new propositions and hypotheses. Through interdisciplinary cooperation and multi-angle research, construct a cross level and strong universality of organizational creativity model, enriched the Chinese academic creativity research content. Based on Chinese actual organization as the object of study, it explores a theoretical model for creativity, help to improve the organizational decision-making and scientific management level, and to lay the theoretical foundation for the high level of creativity assessment and organizational creativity development in china. Research from the angle of individual creativity to team and organizational creativity research perspective, will also contribute to rich the creativity research methodology.The organizational creation comes from such factors as individual creation, team creation, features of the team and the environment; It is a series of step response inspired by the personal originality. Based on documents and discovery research result, this paper designs the questionnaire concerning organization creation, the author tested some hypothesis according to the model, hoping that it can estimate the creative ability in a sound way meanwhile, find out some exiting problems. The test includes some objects in8organizations and ways of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used as statistical methods to carry out validate research hypothesis. The results indicate the following nine conclusions:The individual originality has an obvious impact on the group, so does the desire of innovation; The personal feature influences the group greatly and the specific skills of a person exert the same influence on individual creation; The organizational feedback is influential; The individual creation within the organization affects the group greatly; The group character affects the behavior, so as the originality and enforcement; The group feedback has a great effect on the group creation; The group feature largely affects the behavior of team; meanwhile, the working environment, communication and resource have the same function; The organization environment has a strong effect on the organization creation. Analyzed from the system, if we can know the features and feedbacks, organizational creativity are function of individual and environment.
