ShengLi Oilfield has actively carried out exploration on staff performance management and the initial establishment of a performance since 2003.Firstly, the thesis analyzed the profile and development strategic objectives of ShengLi Oilfield, and identified the competitive environment measures to be taken. Secondly the thesis analyzed the principles and characteristics of performance management,also analyzed the defference between theperformance management and performance appraisal. Thirdly the thesis analyzed the staff appraisal system in oilfields before the reform ,and find out defects of the examination system.Finally, the thesis analyzed the specific application of performance management theory, established a new oilfield performance management system, and noted specific improvement measures in Sheng_Li Oilfield. |
