| In recent years, Shengli oilfield has experienced several periods and achieved good results. The amount of employees has declined, yet quality is improving, and organizational structure and team structure has got obvious improvement, labor force resources are more reasonable, the worker's sense of competition, crisis consciousness and urgency have further enhanced.Quantification assessment is to make norms and confirmation on worker descriptions, working performance and work ability, it is a fundamental work. The key of performance quantification assessment measures is"quantification", the focus is"assessment". Quantification assessment provide basis for not only competition, but also for floating wages, bonuses, fixed over-staff, labor resources assignment. Practice proves that the measures for the administration of production are very suitable for the requirement of improving their quality and improving the whole management level.This paper first introduced the related theory of performance appraisal, scientific methods and principles, two technologies of assessment are compared. Based on the research and production related department, I sorted out situation of production performance evaluation, and discovered that one of the main problem is that assessment rules are not specific enough, performance assessment system is not complete, scientific performance management system also has the disparity, competition for posts is simple and superficial, the result of evaluation is not paid much attention, etc. After analyzing the reasons, according to the key performance indicators, 360-degree performance assessment method, we develop a set of strategy of assessment methods; the purpose is to promote employee's personal growth, produce atmosphere of high performance culture of internal, and improve staff's enthusiasm and initiative spirit. |
