Haixin Property which is a private small real estate Proxy Company has suffered the biggest crisis since it opened. Insufficient innovation, decentralized operation and inadequate management made Haixin Property an unfavorable position. If Haixin hopes to survive and develop in the future, it must start a new undertaking.When I prepared this paper, Haixin Property was starting a new undertaking. We practice the theory analysis to the specific work. As it proved knowledge is a tremendous force. Haixin Property has formulated a new strategy and plan through scientific analysis. Now the company has obtained some good results by the efforts of all our colleagues.This paper has introduced how my company opened, the existing problems and my new strategy which presents a major feature of my paper. It shows us how the company realized its transformation by clearing its strategic position, reconstructing the internal system, innovating new marketing strategy and shaping the corporate culture.Haixin Property is one of the millions of SME in China.
