Cybereconomy is gradually becoming the core point of market economy mechanism in new economy. In recent years, the on-line business has achieved the unprecedented fast development by means of e-Management and Internet. Knowledge economy provides the resources superiority for those well-educated individuals and the spread of Internet supplies the information dominance for college students who are expected to innovate their undertaking. Besides, college students are viewed as the fresh troops in the period of entrepreneurship. However, to establish a business is a alluring and challenging task so that the college students need more supports and guides to innovate their undertaking activities online, which may be the inevitable demand of times and reality as well as the desirability of college students'individual development .This thesis thoroughly and systematically studies the event of the business established on-line by the college students in the view of principles of management with the research objective that a survey was conducted on the situation of innovative business on-line in the college students in Guizhou University and further probe the factors which influenced the business intentions of the college students, to finally seek an effective method to establish their business with success, from which the mode and strategy can be figured out to instruct students to start their business and served to be the educational practice for colleges and universities in the respect.First, the background and significance of the study was introduced. Besides, the current situation of establishing the business in college students domestic and abroad, the research method and the instrument were also mentioned. Based on the creative theory for entrepreneur, the combination of the related knowledge about sociology, psychology and management were used to propose a hypothesis about influencing the intentions of college students who pursue their business on-line. The three factors like personal traits, individual background and business environment were also taken into account.Secondly, an empirical research was carried out to study the intentions of innovative undertaking in the college students at Guizhou University. The software SPSS and AMOS were used to make an analysis on the collected 344 qualified questionnaires and to test the significant difference with the hypothesis mentioned above, on which the factors influencing the intention of college students'innovative undertaking on-line were consequently summarized.Finally, the strategy was put forward to encourage students to establish their own business, which may contribute to exploit students'leadership and start their career successfully in society, association or organization and family after their graduation. Meanwhile, it is also hoped that the strategy can serve as the theoretical references for government and relevant institutions to provide supports for those students who are going to establish their business.
