Research On Entrepreneurial Model Of Born Globl Based On Process Perspective

In the recent years ,the researches on internationalization process have always been an important topic of the area of international trade. And literatures about the development process of internationalization paid more attention to born global in the past 10 years. Facts have shown that born global is already a very common and rapidly developed phenomenon, especially in the high-tech industry. With the growing number of born global enterprises, the traditional internationalization models have become very difficult in explaining born global. Uppsala model which has been widely accepted and used is also questioned by some people. Many scholars believe that factors such as the internationalization of markets, the progress of information technology and production technology , the reduction of trade barriers have reduced uncertainty and increased the knowledge capacity. Therefore, the enterprises can carry out internationalization operation in a faster way, rather than the progressive development model. So we can conclude that there will be more born global in the future. Meanwhile many critics pointed out that traditional internationalization theory is still effective for many cases, but under the conditions of fast growing globalization and increasing number of born global enterprises, it becomes increasingly incapable in explaining the internationalization process. Now, however, there is not a complete theoretical system to replace the traditional theory in order to explain the new phenomenon of internationalization.Here we agree with some points of traditional theory mentioned above, and we believe that the traditional internationalization model should be corrected from the perspective of entrepreneurial process. Then the entrepreneurial model fit for born global is put forward in order to supplement internationalization theory.As "Born Global" is still a new field of study, the research is mainly staying at concept and literature so far, and representative case studies are fewer, so it is difficult to draw a general conclusion. If the entrepreneurial process of born global can be understood clearly by a lot of researches, it will have a profound impact for SME internationalization promotion institutions and SME themselves. SME internationalization promotion institutions can understand factors that affect the internationalization of SME, so they could make more effective promotion plan. While for the SME, they can develop all kinds of internationalization operation skills with a clear goal.Above all, summing up the general character of the entrepreneurial mode of born global by researches will not only do great contribution to academic research, but also provide reference for the internationalization practice of SME. Therefore, researches on entrepreneurial mode of born global are very significant for SME's internationalization.This paper researched on the entrepreneurial mode of born global on the basis of traditional internationalization process theory. And it also discussed internationalization entrepreneurial model of born global by considering traditional internationalization models. Then it test this model by representative cases. Finally, the conclusion was put forward. This article is divided into five parts: in the first part, research status, research background and significance are introduced .In the second part, related definitions are put forward and releted literatures are sort out. In part three, the entrepreneurial mode of born global is analyzed from the aspects of complexity and dynamic nature. Then the model of born global is put forward above this. In the fourth part, the model is tested and explained by two typical cases from outside and home, so the applicability of the model can be proved. Finally, part five sums up the content and makes prospect, and it illustrates the shortage of this article as well.In this paper, theoretical analysis and case study are combined, so that the article is more convincing. Also comparative analysis is used to get a conclusion with universal representation. Then the method of establishing concept model is applied in order to summarize and conclude the entrepreneurial model of born global.
