Whether a project can be delivered to the client for using as scheduled, it is very important and will directly effect the project economic benefit coming out in duly time.Then we must do the complete project progress management by using systematic planning,organizing,managing and controlling. The project progress management includes two parts-One is the progress planning, the other is progress controlling. Progress planning is the basis of progress controlling, while the progress controlling provides the powerful security for the projects carrying out according to the plan and schedule.In order to finish this project timely, we must nicely joint the planning and controlling. Only this we can guarantee the project success.QG company is newly established enterprise, implements flat professional centralized management system. The most emergency thing for this company to solve is that how to use the information and automation technology managing this company, improving the efficiency, changing the staff life-style and the working way, creating a simple and comfortable life and working conditions. Intelligence card and internet technologies have developed quickly, this can provide powerful security for the none-touch IC card "one-card system" used in the internal management of QG company. One-card system of QG company has the following specials:big investments scale, more subsystems, urgently project time, wide-ranged departments involved,highly quality required, more difficulty about the communication and coordination during implementing, etc. Meanwhile, during the project carrying out, there will have data integration seamless joint with original information system. All this will add the difficulty during this project processing.Hence,scientifically and reasonable applying the progress planning and controlling can guarantee the project into reality timely.Under this background, this article will focus on this project specialty,put the project progress planning and controlling theories into the management practice, then make this project finish scientifically and regularly. This article is divided in to six parts:Chapter1-Introduction, mainly set forth study background,purpose and meaning, content and method, research directions; Chapter2-Generals about the related theories. Mainly introduction the theories about the project management, project progress planning and controlling. This is the theory base of this article and one-card passing project practice Chapter3-Project start-up stage. Description about the project goal range, system function and organization situation, according to the project real situation. Chapter4-To determine the progress plan. On the basis of work breakdown system to determine the responsibility assignments, to establish the logic relationship,to draw the network charts, to form initial progress plan. Doing network differentiation by using of project period optimization method, to determine the project progress schedule, for the project controlling to lay the foundation; Chapter5-Progress Schedule controlling. Preparation the progress controlling chart, to adopt the effective controlling measurements,analysis the progress controlling flow according to the following inspect results, then make the rectification and adjust of the project process.
