Study Of Radical Technology Innovation,Innovation Legitimacy And Innovation Performance

The importance of technology innovation in China’s economic development has become more obvious, especially in the context of the strategy of innovation-oriented country. Radical technology innovation has gradually replaced the incremental technology innovation has become the leading enterprise innovation, but radical technology innovation will encounter market, allocation of resources, organization, the concept of consciousness and cultural factors, and ultimately bring enterprise innovation to fail, the reason is that these companies may lack of the guidance of legitimacy in the innovation process, with the legitimacy of the enterprise can not only effectively prevent enterprises in the innovation process inherent deficiencies to enable enterprises to survive through the crisis, but also provides a good way to company’s future development, this paper will introduce innovation legitimacy concept, discuss the innovation legitimacy of radical technology innovation as intermediary role in how the impact on innovation performance.Firstly,This paper reviewed a simple literature review for radical technology innovation, innovation legitimacy and innovation performance, and on the basis of these defined and divided dimensions about three variables. Secondly, in three mutual relations on the basis of a theoretical model of radical technology innovation, innovation legitimacy and innovation performance and proposed11hypotheses. After innovative companies as an research objects in our study, use the questionnaire design and data to the questionnaire SPSS16.0statistical software for data simple descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the study in order to validate assumptions, the results showed that11kinds of assumptions have passed, the three variables have a interaction of each, radical technology innovation has a positive effect on innovation performance, innovation legitimacy has a positive impact on the innovation performance, including innovation legitimacy played an intermediary role between radical technological innovation and innovation performance. And then the empirical results are discussed and put forward the management enlightenment.Finally,put forward the deficiencies may exist in this research and future research direction in the further.
