In recent years,the development of economic globalization is getting faster and faster,the domestic market economy has gradually deepened,the competition of various enterprises is becoming more and more intense,if the enterprise in this competitive environment to gain a foothold,you need to meet the current Human resources management system development direction,to ensure that enterprises continue to improve business performance.Performance management is an important part of enterprise human resource management,and it is also the core part of enterprise's ability to achieve strategic goal.How to determine the performance of the enterprise assessment is good or bad,combined with its characteristics designed for its assessment system,is currently the majority of enterprises should consider the primary work.In this paper,the analysis and design of the performance appraisal system of the Great Business Group(hereinafter referred to as the Great Group)is to ensure the improvement of the performance management level of the Grand Group and the achievement of the overall strategic objectives of the enter prise.This paper combines the daily operation and management of the Group.To the problem,as well as the combination of lofty business group management and management characteristics in the distinction between a second-line staff on the basis of the establishment of grass-roots job fixed assessment standards,and set up a line of performance appraisal management team,through the use of the latest performance evaluation of the basic concepts,multi-The original performance appraisal of all aspects of the system analysis,the lofty group of the original performance appraisal status and the existence of the problem one by one show.At the same time,this paper puts forward that the main goal of the performance appraisal of the lofty group is to promote the excellence,the last bit out and touch the mediocre.Performance appraisal design process combined with the status quo and needs of lofty group,put forward how to solve the original situation and targeted improvements.The new performance test system prop osed in this paper will play a better role in the performance management of the ambitious group,which can solve the existing problems and provide some reference for the performance management of the same type of commercial enterprises.Suggest.
