Research On The Construction Of Knowledge Management System Of DLAD Company

Knowledge management is a necessary condition of enterprise development. In the 21st century, knowledge has already become the most strategic resource by replacing capital and labor force. Compared with general manufacturing enterprises, importance of building design enterprise knowledge resources is embodied more obviously. Product materials of building design enterprises are knowledge, and output products are also knowledge. Its production is the process of knowledge utilization and innovation. Therefore, good or bad knowledge management of building design enterprises will impact enterprise competitiveness directly, or even relate to survival or extinction of enterprises.With the rapid development of our construction industry in recent ten years, building design enterprises also have experienced a golden period for nearly ten years. Enterprise scale is expanding rapidly, while booming business volume. However, most of enterprises fail to settle knowledge resources systematically and timely, develop and utilize. By studying related theories of knowledge management, this paper regards DLAD Company as the research object, research and exploration of the establishment of its knowledge management system.First of all, this paper introduces development background of architectural design industry, significance and necessity of knowledge management for building design enterprises, and summarizes related concepts and theories in this paper.Secondly, this paper simply introduces basic information of DLAD Company, analyzes characteristics of the industry, evaluates knowledge management maturity, and elaborates problems of current knowledge management. By analyzing time, necessity and obstacles of knowledge management for DLAD Company, this paper puts forward direction on structuring knowledge management system framework and establishing knowledge management system for DLAD Company.Finally, this paper puts forward the method of knowledge mining and the establishment of knowledge base of DLAD company, the design idea and principle of knowledge management system are put forward, and the function of the design is carried out. Some measures to guarantee the construction and operation of knowledge management system are listed. What need to emphasize is that the architectural design should be combined with the architectural design process. The implementation of knowledge management systems in architectural design enterprise should be particularly attention to the problem of corporate culture and management system innovation.Solution of this paper can provide a reference for the similar architectural design enterprise.
