| Salary management, as one of the important makeup in human resources management, is helpful to attract outstanding staff, drives them to achieve organization’s goal as well as realizing their own value. The salary is positive-related closely to the satisfaction degree to work and the staff loyalty to the corporation, which has great propelling force in stimulating the job motivation of the staff and strengthening the cohesive force of the enterprise.The article takes the J corporation as the object of study, analysizes theoretically the knowledge staff, diagnoses the existing salary system in the corporation. During the research process, by taking the salary theory and the drive theory as basis, analysizing the overall knowledge staffs personnel characteristics and the job features, and relating to several salary patterns in practice, it makes a re-design to the J corporation’s salary system in order to activate greatly the driving fucntion of the salary system to the talented staff and impel the enterprise to innovate unceasingly and sustainably.This article includes six chapters:the first chapter introduces the research background and goals; the second chapter summarizes the knowledge staffs characteristics and the salary design correlated theories; the third chapter gives a brief to the J corporation on the market conditions, the core business and the human resource status; the fourth chapter is to find the problem by using the modern salary theory in analysizing the J corporation present salary system; the fifth chapter, as the core part in this article, is to present a re-design to the existing salary systems in J corporation, based on the analysis and different personnel’s characteristics; the sixth chapter concludes and makes a prediction, which also points out several deficiencies of the research.In summary, the salary design must be made according to the company’s actual situation by giving an overall evaluation of many kinds of factors. Only coming from the reality and complying the objective law, can it play its drive role fully. |
