Management Game program ("MG" for short)is hosted by Carnegie Mellon University of America. As an international game project simulating business management, the MG program is an equivalent program of improving ability and focusing on practice for MBA students. In this MG program, I am very lucky to join in the team with other5MBA students, and organize Kungfu Watch Co., Ltd.(hereinafter refers to as Kungfu Watch). There are two major series products, which are Fusion and HTH. They are produced by2factories in the different country. I am responsible for the formulation and implantation of Fusion operation strategy. This dissertation will be done base on the condition of concluding and analysis of Fusion operation strategy under MG environment. That describes all the process of the formulation and implantation of Fusion operation strategy from2011to2013.There are six chapters in the thesis. The first chapter introduces basic regulations and information of MG program, as well as the information about KUNGFU Company run by management team, including history, development, purpose and culture, organizational structure of KUNGFU Company and the products. The second chapter introduces the production operation management theory that is the base of the paper. The third chapter discusses the internal and external operation environment of Kungfu company, analyse the competition enviroment. To sum up the operation SWOT matrix at last. The fourth chapter introduces the purpose of Fusion operation and the choosing of operation strategy of KUNGFU Company from2011to2013, and why to use these operation strategy. The fifth chapter mainly analyze the implement situation of the operation strategy from2011to2013. At the same time,it finds out the defect during the process of operation, makes the solution way and adjust the operation strategy. The sixth chapter is about opinion and advices after attending the MG program.
