The Knowledge Management Research Of R&D Team In C Company

Since the concept of "knowledge economy" has been released, a knowledge-basedeconomic pattern rapidly popularized in the world, knowledge-intensive technologyand high-tech enterprises have taken a rapid development. Electronic manufacturingindustries in China get a development opportunity on the technical transformation.The R&D teams of those companies which focus on the new product developmentbecome the protagonist in the era of knowledge economy. The research ofdevelopment management and the research of knowledge management are veryvaluable and highly significant.Based on the former researches and discoveries, this paper discuss and summarythe theory of the tasks and contents of R&D management, and points out that how toimprove the creativity and efficiency of R&D is the most important activity of R&Dmanagement. According to the study of knowledge management theory and the studyof the contents and methods of knowledge management of the high-tech enterprise,this paper constructs a model which is based on the knowledge mapping system andrefers to methods of SECI model to improve the R&D performance of creativity andefficiency by proceeding knowledge management.According to the study of R&D management, knowledge management and itsmodel, this paper analyses the R&D management and knowledge management statusof the R&D team of company C, based on the knowledge mapping system and SECImodel, target on improving creativity and efficiency of C company R&D team,suggestions as below:1. Based on the development process of R&D team, C Company should buildknowledge mapping system, implement the knowledge management detailed intoeach development node of process, to reduce the waste of knowledge searching andrepetitive design and improve the development efficiency.2. According to SECI knowledge transformation model, C Company is suggestedto establish and optimize the knowledge transformation "Ba", to improve theperformance of knowledge management of C Company’s R&D team, push thetransformation of tacit knowledge and improve the creativity of employees and theteam.This paper studies the theories of R&D management and knowledge management; to create a management model which is based on the knowledge mapping system andknowledge transformation method. According to the status of C Company’s R&Dmanagement, by putting forward the suggestions with detail actions, this paper is veryuseable and valuable.
