In the era of vigorous development of the new economy,technology is rapidly upgrading,data as the core production factors,Internet of things as the way of value connection,personalized intelligent manufacturing as the production paradigm,which brings opportunities and challenges for the operation of enterprises.As a heuristic logic for the realization of economic value,business model innovation is becoming a key ability for enterprises to meet the challenges of external environment,realize value creation and obtain competitive advantage,which is particularly prominent in new economic enterprises.At present,a number of new economic enterprises have emerged to obtain key innovation resources and reconstruct value creation logic by means of business model innovation,Even subvert the industrial competition pattern,realize the exponential growth of the enterprise itself,and boost the rapid development of the economy.It can be said that business model innovation has become the most focused topic in the new economic era,and how to drive business model innovation is the most concerned practical topic in the business and academic circles.The existing research on business model innovation driving issues mainly adopts regression analysis,meta analysis and content analysis,and proposes the impact of open learning,competitive environment,network embedding,organizational legitimacy,inclusive leadership,perceived environmental uncertainty,senior executives’ joint and several factors on business model innovation,covering three levels: individual,organization and external environment The research mainly focuses on the internal or external environmental factors of the organization from a single perspective,and adopts an "independent variable dependent variable" causal logic analysis method,which is not enough to clearly explain the interaction between more than three variables.Considering the complexity of business model innovation situation,only focusing on the internal or external key factors of the organization,it is difficult to use the marginal "net effect" analysis of independent variable dependent variable to deeply explore the internal mechanism of business model innovation.The qualitative comparative analysis method(QCA)can effectively deal with the configuration of multiple factors at the same time by constructing a combination of logical conditions of different causal paths that lead to the same result,so as to clarify the complex causal relationship of specific results,which is helpful to profoundly reveal the multiple driving paths of business model innovation of new economic enterprises.Therefore,this study takes the new economic enterprises as the research object,with the help of the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsqca)based on the perspective of holistic configuration,discusses the influence of the synergy of various factors on business model innovation,and attempts to reveal multiple equivalent paths to drive the business model innovation of new economic enterprises,so as to obtain key innovation resources for new economic enterprises and identify specific external situations It also provides guidance for the further evolution,transformation and upgrading of business model innovation.First of all,combining the business model canvas theory,the strategic network theory,the dynamic capability theory,the law of demand evolution and the institutional theory,as well as the new economic development situation,the key driving factors of business model innovation are identified from the internal and external aspects of the organization,including big data capability,connectivity capability,recreation capability,organizational legitimacy,user experience and demand evolution,And build the driving model of internal and external factors of the organization to business model innovation.Secondly,a mature scale was used to design the questionnaire,which was sent out to44 new economic enterprises in China in the form of thesis questionnaire and electronic questionnaire to obtain the research data,and 349 valid questionnaires were analyzed for reliability and validity by SPSS 22.0 and Amos 24.0.Finally,the thesis makes a qualitative comparative analysis of 44 cases,and finds that: from the perspective of single factor,big data capability is the key factor to drive business model innovation,user experience is the key link to drive business model innovation,connection capability and re creation capability have substitution effect to a certain extent;from the perspective of combination effect of different factors,there are four new economic enterprises There are three driving modes: data-based cross-border integration to build value ecological driving mode,data-based rapid iterative value creation driving mode,and data-based scenario experience to create customer value driving mode.
