Global economic integration, the enterprise of professional and dedicated production division of labor is very clear. Enterprise competition pattern has been from a single production-supply-sales mode into focused and specialization of division of labor between different enterprises model, but professional and focus on division of labor can only make a single enterprise has the advantages of some aspects,only true integration of industrial chain can form the core competitive advantage of the industrial chain. Firstly, around the whole industry chain enterprises in the logistics, information flow constantly exchange in the process of replacement and to fully mix, logistics, information flow in supply chain management function has been developed to the extreme, utility is a decreasing trend, therefore, accordingly the financial demand of supply chain management and supply chain finance.Secondly, the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises has always been in the field of financial problem, small and medium-sized enterprises in the absence of arrival of the pledged collateral, whether through integration of the unity of the logistics, information flow, cash flow, achieve supply chain each key point of financial management and financial supply chain. Lastly, domestic commercial Banks are eager to change the traditional extensive mode of financing, to realize supply chain finance, to reduce the credit risk in commercial bank, improve bank profitability, maintenance and good of the whole industry chain services to our clients.This paper firstly introduces the supply chain, supply chain management, financial supply chain management, supply chain finance theory. Through the comparative analysis of commercial bank supply chain finance development at home and abroad, points out problems existing in our country commercial bank.Through the research of supply chain finance marketing strategy, put forward the next stage in the development of our country commercial bank specific measures. In this paper, through the supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain finance management, then elaborates the theory of supply chain finance, the other through marketing strategy theory provide theoretical thinking on the development of supply chain finance, finally combining with own actual work to analyze the development of supply chain finance, according to actual situation to discuss the marketing strategy of supply chain finance development. Through this topic research, in order to provide reference about the financial supply chain marketing strategy to China construction bank Shanghai branch.
