As the supply chain co-petition(collaboration along with competition) era starts, buyer-supplier partnership is becoming more and more important. The collaborative elements in supply chain performance measurement are increasing because the current and future effects of them are profound. This paper first illustrates the important role that collaborative performance plays in the supply chain performance measurement through a real case. Assuming that the supply chain total performance measurement contains collaborative performance, the key elements of supply chain partnership should be identified, which was achieved in this paper. Then an extensive review of literature pertaining to domestic and oversea supply chain partnership and performance measurement is conducted to summarize 11 key elements which may have effect on supply chain performance that is the dependent variable including financial performance, operational performance and collaborative performance. And the 11 key elements as the independent variable are categorized into three dimensions: supply chain strength, supply chain interface management and partnership structure. Hereby the research model and hypothesis are proposed. Based on the survey and interview in large scale and adopting SPSS and AMOS to build SEM, this paper enhances the previous research pattern which proposed a theoretical frame but didn't empirically examine the fact of companies. Not only the effect among independent variables and effect among dependent variables are experiential analyzed but also the effect between independent variables and dependent variables are analyzed in detail. And a compendious diverse frame for supply chain total performance was proposed in the discussion. At last, some conclusions are drawn and directions for future research are suggested.
